Microsoft Japan and Fujitsy Corp work together to help rescuing animal

311 East Japan Earthquake, Tsunami and Fukushima Nuclear Crisis occurred 5 months ago, it created measureless destruction to people. Not just losing their properties but also their loves one, pets. Many pets were forced to separate with their owners. Recently Microsoft Japan and Fujitsu Corp work together to provide a platform to help people find their beloved pets.

Microsoft Japan and Fujitsu Corp provide a pet searching service, MSN Pet Search/ MSN ペットサーチ, both Microsoft Japan and Fujitsu Corp hope this searching service would help all victim to find their pets and be reunited.

Most of these pets are in the local shelters and the website has already public around 50 pets' information and this will be keep on update. Fujitsu hopes this service will not only help the owners to find their and be united, but also decrease the number of pets being euthanasia.

Apart from the MSN Pet Search, there are three groups formed Japan Earthquake Animal Rescue and Support to help searching animal. The group started from the day of the earthquake till now, is still keep helping the animal in the disaster area. The group has been worked for almost 5 months without giving up, they help to settle the animal and provide a shelter for them. Many dogs are united with their owners through the Japan Earthquake Animal Rescue and Support.

This is Mimi, taken in by a JEARS ground crew in May after her family had evacuated from Fukushima. Just a few days after she joined the team and other rescued animals our temporary shelter.
